Club Store Order Tracking

  • Orders with “Processing” status have been submitted and payment received but are not yet completed.
  • Orders with “Completed” status have been finished and either shipped or awaiting pickup.
  • Orders with “Partially Shipped” status have some items on backorder.
  • Items will be marked as “Shipped” when they are completed and ready for Moana pickup and when they being sent USPS and UPS.
  • Items will be marked as “Not Shipped” when they are are not yet completed and or on backorder for order being shipped and Moana pickup.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
